the world is just made up of ribbons a tangled up mess of decisions we’ll pull at the end of a question spill blood if it don't fit our opinion we’ll debate in unprecedented silence and decide with unadulterated bias, for once and complacency’s society’s movement just like Trump is divine intervention but I’m not here to talk about your politics my best friend thinks they’re funny too we’ll sit back and watch our extinction and chalk it up to our condition it’s better to be part of the problem than just sit back and watch and complain we’ll debate this unacceptable conclusion and resign to apathetic asphyxiation, for now

woke up in a different state today shoes and coat still attached to me pile of blankets right in front of me God, you mean so much more to me I lost another friend today how much more do I need to pay for everything I did last May for everything to be okay I left my house in such a rush a good well thought out kind of rush at least thats what my therapist said and how my psychobabble book read and what if all my friends stood up to me to tell me just how shitty I could be
3.
Marcus 03:15
father I feel when I talk to you, of the way I taught you of the trade I taught you take my shift, break my shit cause I don’t give a shit no I couldn’t care for it you told me one day no I don't drink or play, no I don't want to pay to be sad one day you look at me with those passionate eyes, I know you’re angry inside but you want to confide twenty more days until I go away, what did I used to say you don't need me anyway
4.
oh I trusted you to house my friend even in the weathered pine barons oh the hour or two it took to say the excuses follies and dismays oh I can take a year or two off any limb of mine but take some time to realize of four there’s limit in what’s an age if another will come what’s a friend if only one these are the things I’ll ask and ask to which I’ll carry none but this flask oh I can take on fear or tear with plastic, glass, or steal but trust me when I say to you are all my age and friend it is so simple to expect the past when walking onward on down the path oh I swear to god I saw your face at every turn, twist, curve, and coup de grace oh I can’t take even that day with bush, porter, and mill take back the train without delay what would my mother say
5.
A Dusting 04:21
it’s an old familiar feeling as green turns to amber though the words are twist, so just give me a kiss cause pain is certainly beauty I can hear the old bird cawing though it’s not even october but it’s sad and it’s sweet and I know it’s complete when you visit me in november make me still and give me peace said all the leaves to their trees and dust may turn to ashes or white as a blizzard in Duluth it can steal your mind and drain your lungs but oh the friends you will find and though guilt may rise and fall their eyes your spirit thrives in december she will find her home in the west through january and leap year but we can’t forget or ignore it cause the sun it also rises its an old familiar feeling but new as a rain drop in april
6.
Untitled 04:54
six months ago today I left behind my fate I couldn’t win I couldn't swim with a heart that’s full of hate a year before you saw my face without a mark or trace of what I saw or stood upon these veins are hot and swollen he said, son you got a lot of hate in your heart and blood that’s boiled over I said dose the fire that’s in my chest and create a non-believer pretense and narcissists brought on our destruction this world it needs, this world it needs one more dreamer so I built this house without a door to find out where you fell the glass is thick the walls are brick he said a spade will serve you well to volunteer a broken back will teach a lesson learned dig deep enough he said to me another leaf you’ll turn now restless minds and stolid tongues tell silent tales of old muzzled by a charlatan drowned by casks uncorked
